What is the check-in time and check- out time?

Check in is from 2pm and check-out is by 11am. If you need an earlier check-in or late check-out, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

Is there a minimum night stay requirement?

We typically have a 2 night- minimum stay policy. During peak seasons and holidays, the minimum stay may be extended. Please check our booking calendar for details.

Do you allow other bookings and functions other than crafters?

Rivercraft is exclusively for group craft bookings. You need to be known to us as part of the crafting community to book.

Do you allow pets?

We love pets, but to maintain the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed at Rivercraft. There is no adequate fencing.

What amenities are included?

Rivercraft offers the entire site for our guests exclusive use. Free wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen, luxury linens, bathroom essentials, hairdryer, hair straightener, pool, BBQ facilities, and more. A complete list cam be found on “The Property” page

What craft groups are able to book?

Rivercraft offers the entire site for any craft groups of any kind. If you like to get together and knit, sew, crochet, quilt, scrapbook, make cards, tuft, make teddy bears - you are our people!

Can we bring our own linen?

Rivercraft offers full linen for all beds in your configuration preference (notified at time of booking please) and towels. If you prefer to self cater linen and towels, this is an available option. Please let us know.

Why is Rivercraft only for the exclusive use of crafters?

Rivercraft offers the entire site for any craft groups as the main floor of the property is permanently set as a craft studio - for those who like to craft all day, and all night.

What craft facilities do you have?

The work room: Large flexible work room approx 40 sqm, 1 x table 1.5/1.8 per person (10), assorted chairs, cutting tables, 2 x irons and ironing boards, steamer, pressing cloth, extension cords and power packs, lamps, a small selection of emergency sewing supplies is on hand if you need it.

What is your cancellation policy?

We want your stay at Rivercraft to be as smooth as possible, so please take a moment to review our cancellation policy before booking. Please note we do not offer free cancellation after 90 days.

  • More than 90 days’ notice: Full cancellation fee refunded less booking charge of $250 will apply. You may also like to move your booking to a more suitable date. If that date is available, we will accommodate this request as best we can.

  • Between 30 - 90 days’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will apply.

  • Within 30 days of your arrival: Unfortunately, no cancellations or changes are accepted, and the full booking amount will be charged.

If something unexpected comes up on our end and we need to cancel your booking, you’ll receive a full refund. However, we won’t be liable for any other costs that might arise. We highly recommend travel insurance to protect against cancellations, travel delays, and any unforeseen circumstances.

Is there parking available on site?

Yes there is ample on street parking available on site. You may park directly in front of the property. There is no garage parking available.

Is the property suitable for children?

Rivercraft is for the exclusive use of crafters. It is not available for family groups. There is no fencing along the riverbank.

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking is strictly prohibited within the property and on the grounds at all times.

Do Woolworths and Coles deliver to Rivercraft?

Yes both Woolworths and Coles deliver if you would prefer to order supplies from Woolies or Coles.

How can I make a reservation?

You can book directly through our website. If you have any questions before booking, please feel free to email or call us so we can help you. If you have been referred by a previous group, please do let us know.
