THE PROPERTY

Rivercraft is an understated, private house, in a gorgeous neighbourhood in Ebenezer on the banks of the Hawkesbury River (Dyarubbin).  A cosy, quiet oasis, perfect for crafters to slow down and relax in this picturesque hamlet. The property is a 5 bedroom house that sleeps 10 guests comfortably with luxurious linen and all bathrooms boasting quality body and hair products for your stay.

The property is situated in a historic location. Guests can enjoy the entire property for their private use. The property is currently under renovation with new materials to exude a luxury reflective of the design quality and inspired approach to the idea of coastal farmhouse living. Quality furniture and furnishings are used throughout. A seamless flow to share with your fellow crafters and spoil yourselves. Private terraces, spa bath, fireplace, for everyone to enjoy whilst being immersed in the atmosphere of river living - viewable from the moment you step through the door. The property is perfect for groups of crafters to enjoy close to all facilities.  The main level contains no stairs and is accessible for everyone. The bedroom on this level is designed for those requiring no stairs. It truly is the ideal place to escape to, for a luxurious stress free, craft retreat.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION

Master Bedroom (upstairs):  1 x king bed (can split for 2 x king single beds), with spa ensuite

Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 1 x king bed (can split for 2 x king single beds), 1 additional separate bathroom

Bedroom 3 (upstairs): 1 x king bed (can split for 2 x king single beds), same additional separate bathroom as Bedroom 2

Bedroom 4 (upstairs): 1 x queen bed (can split for 2 x single beds), same additional separate bathroom as Bedroom 2

Bedroom 5 (downstairs): Accessible bedroom 1 x king bed (can split for 2 x king single beds), 1 additional separate bathroom

Flexible sleeping arrangements: All rooms offer beds to be reconfigured. Please be sure to let us know your bedding configuration for your stay. Please ensure to let us know your preference at time of booking.

2025 RETREAT RATES

Min 2 nights stay (available from October 2025)

– $300 per person including GST - min 6 guests

– $280 per person including GST - min 8 guests

– $264 per person including GST - 10 guests

additional nights stay $80 including GST per guest per night

Linen Fee* – $180 per group includes all sheets, towels including GST

*Guests may choose to bring own linen and no linen fee will be charged. Please specify at time of booking.

Please note, we have a 2 night minimum stay. Contact us for longer stays or if you require additional bedding and we may be able to assist.

Prices are in Australian Dollars. 2026 rates will increase by 4%. We will hold 2025 rates for re-bookers.

Strictly no pets, no parties and no smoking or vaping onsite at any time.
